Perseverance

So you know what you want and the decision is made! You’re firmly holding onto the exciting belief that you will achieve it and and you’ve created an action plan to do so. Then a distraction or disturbance comes along throwing a wrench in your plans. Now what? Find a solution, aka – remove the wrench. Of course I realize that I’m making this sound easy and it won’t always be that way. Some solutions are far easier than others (which is great for building your mental resilience). And here’s the best part – perseverance is a habit, and like all habits it’s gets easier the more you practice it!
