If I were to tell you that you should rock climb or run a marathon or perform gymnastics that might not sound good to you. If it does by all means give it a go and lemme know how you like it. The point I’m trying to make here is that exercise varieties are vast and there’s no need to do something that you don’t enjoy. You are much more likely to continue an action that you enjoy right? Since continued action is what leads to success than it seems logical to choose what you like and keep at it! Don’t you agree?
