Perhaps some of you share my dilemma – love to eat but don’t love to cook? While food is used as fuel by our bodies I also believe it ought to be enjoyed! Much easier said then done for some, until you practice easy peasy cooking. Knowing what flavors that you and your family like is a good beginning and accepting that you can’t please everyone all the time is important too! Find recipes through various media sources, friends and family then get to practicing easy peasy cooking. All habits get easier with practice and since you gotta eat then you may as well enjoy it too! Agreed?
