Setting Boundaries

Boundaries are guidelines that you create for self preservation and to remind yourself of your core values and priorities. Simply stated; What are your family focused hours? What are your work hours? Social hours? Creative hours? Sleep hours? Self care hours? The list really goes on and on and these are just the first few that came to my mind. I’ll bet you already know many boundaries that you’ve set up for yourself – even if it was unintentionally done. Beyond knowing your boundaries it’s also important to do regular boundary check-ins to ensure that you’re continuing to live your best and most authentic life. By this I mean maintaining the alignment of your actions, thoughts and feelings!
