It seems that happens all around us…whether we like it or not. The good news is that as well as natural instincts and tendencies we also have the power of independent thought. This means we can make our own decisions and have a change of mind at our discretion. So if you’re not enjoying your thoughts and feelings, or they’re not serving you well, then change them! It really is a simple process that gets easier with time, though having support is helpful. Your support system (family, friends, mentor, coach) can offer guidance and motivation to help keep you on track and accountable. Often times making your journey much more enjoyable 😉.
