Do you remember this method??? Keep It Simple………? It can be applied to so many things including your health and fitness goals. Don’t complicate your plan with counting macros, weighing or measuring food. Simply choose whole and colourful food more often than not (80% of the time) and enjoy occasional indulgences (20%). When considering your exercise plan there’s no need to bust your butt with grueling workouts (unless you enjoy that). Find activities that you enjoy and do them because you’re built to move! Guess what a plan like this will lead to?? Success in achieving your goals as a result of sticking to the plan!
