I’m such a fan of whole foods because they’re easy to find, prepare and enjoy. By choosing single ingredient foods (typically found around perimeter of grocery store) you can create endless meals that are full of nutrients, fiber and flavor. Examples of, though not limited to, are; apples, broccoli, potatoes, rice, chicken, eggs. Foods that have been harvested, hunted or butchered are whole and unprocessed aside from cleaning and cooking. As a result of this they’re nutrient dense and full of natural goodness. Makes sense right?
