That old saying, “If it ain’t broke then don’t fix it” is valuable but the opposite is also true. If your plan isn’t working then you’ve gotta change your plan! It’s just the logical approach right? Unfortunately it’s easy to get stuck in actions and habits that aren’t serving you well or helping you progress towards your goals. Regularly assessing your plan or progress will let you know if the plan is working or not. Then, through trial and error, you can practice new thoughts, feelings and actions until you find the winning combo! Goal achievement is a fabulous feeling and the more you do it, the easier it becomes!
