Perhaps this just comes naturally and you instinctively follow the steps required to get what you want? If not, here’s five simple steps that I’ve developed and find super useful. First you must be honest about your values, priorities and limiting beliefs as well as what, if anything, you’re willing to change. Keeping that in mind, brainstorm a giant wishlist of everything you want. Next turn your wishes into wants by creating a detailed goal statement including your feelings. Your action plan is a list of the steps necessary to achieve your goal – and you gotta start immediately! While progressing through that plan assess what’s working and correct what isn’t.
