Shrink Your Waistline with Stress Management

Regular stress is a part of day to day life but chronic stress wrecks havoc on our body, mind and spirit. One example of this is shown in your waistline. Cortisol is the hormone most associated with stress and it supports the storage of body fat around your waist. Since there’s no such thing as a stress free life it’s important to manage your stress in order to feel better and shrink your waistline. There are many ways to accomplish this including; resolving issues, going for a walk, chatting with a friend, exercising, reading, meditation, listening to music, eating whole foods, getting enough quality sleep, simplifying your schedule and countless other habits that you can practice daily. Feel better and shrink your waistline – works for me!
