So you want to make a change to your body and the various tips and tricks that you read or hear about are confusing? Why not follow a simple plan that’s as easy as…you guessed it…ABC – Assess, Begin, Continue. Starting at the beginning is a very good place to start (anyone else hear Julie Andrew’s voice from the Sound of Music?). Assess who you are, what you want to achieve and what your starting point is. By adding enough details when answering these questions you’ll begin to see a plan develop, and if not then ask for help! Begin that plan immediately with whatever action is necessary until those actions become habits. Continue on persistently until you reach your goal while continually assessing what’s working and what isn’t. It’s a beautifully simple and repeatable process that can help you get what you want….as easy as ABC!
