To be jolly, generous, kind and healthy. I think that these fabulous feelings go hand in hand. When you’re feeling jolly it’s easy to be generous and kind and when you’re feeling healthy it’s easy to be jolly. So if you’re not there right now then how can you get there?? Take care of you! That’s it! Self-care through quality rest, appropriate activity, and wholesome nutrients leads to a feeling of health which leads to everything else. Why do this? First and foremost because it feels so good to feel good! Beyond that consider the fabulous example that you’re setting for your loved ones. Also positivity attracts positivity and who doesn’t want to be surrounded by that? Take care of you for any reason that inspires you to do so. Build and establish this habit now because…tis the season.
