Disregard the title for a moment and let me chat about consistency. Inspiring ideas and energized feelings are great but if they’re not followed by consistency in your efforts then they get you nowhere fast. The excitement of the plan and anticipation of reaching a goal are both wonderful feelings and they typically lead to some efforts on your part. The challenge is that most goals (certainly body transformation goals) take weeks or months to achieve and it’s hard to stay driven and dedicated to necessary actions. Naturally occurring forces, like gravity, are constant. While floating sounds neat and all I kinda like the feeling of being ‘grounded’ so I’m grateful for gravity. It’s consistent pull on my 50 year old parts, however, inspires me to keep fighting it by exercising and building muscle!
