So you’re accustomed to working out in a gym and you really enjoy that. I get it. The gym is FULL of equipment, classes and fun things to “play” with. But why do you go there at all…what brought you there? It was to lose weight, feel stronger, more energized, more confident and sexy right?! Maybe I haven’t listed your reasons but YOU know what they are and they haven’t gone anywhere. Your reasons are still your reasons and that must remain your focus! Gym closure is just a hiccup or detour in the road. So drink some water and find a new route! Letting this closure delay or stop the progress that you want and deserve means that you’re allowing others to control far more than they’re able to control. It’s YOUR body so MOVE it!
