You must first change your mind and spirit. So what do I mean by this? Changing your mind means just that. If you’re thinking you can’t then think that you can. Focus on the new thought and repeat it to yourself (internally or externally). You don’t even need to know HOW you can make it happen…just know that you can and will find a way to change your body. That’s the next step by the way… believing in or knowing that thought. Your spirit (or feelings) are the emotions that drive your all of your voluntary actions…those that aren’t instinctive or habitual (yet). You simply must approach new objectives in an authentic and integral way. This means doing, thinking and feeling with your body, mind and spirit!
