Since it’s worth repeating I’ll say it again. You simply must plan. Sure, it begins with “just decide” but after your decision to change the look and feel of your body you gotta come up with a clear plan. On your own OR with help. Included in your plan must be; assessment tools, S.M.A.R.T goals, guidelines for your best rest scenario, an exercise or activity program, meal and menu plans, accountability options, troubleshooting solutions for hiccups along the way, oh and how about some encouraging support? All of this coupled with unwavering belief in yourself WILL enable you to reach your goal!
