Alright I know that thinking is important but what benefit is there to constant consideration without action or effort? “This idea might work, but what about that thing I heard in the gym or saw on social media?” If you hear about an idea that interests you, from a trusted and reliable source, you should still do a little personal research and then give it a try! How can you possibly know what works for you without attempting it for the appropriate amount of time? If you’re unclear how to implement the plan or what the appropriate amount of time is – seek direction, aka, help. No matter what you choose to do, ‘doing’ is what gets results. Overthinking gets you nowhere but frustration and disappointment. I certainly enjoy the good feels of accomplishment and pride, don’t you?
