Uproot a forest. Reinvent the wheel. Overhaul your lifestyle completely. Nope. Nope. Nope. None of these are necessary! If you really think about it you’ll likely recognize that you didn’t quickly end up with the body you’re not enjoying as a result of a complete lifestyle overhaul. You didn’t just wake up one morning with an extra twenty pounds on ya. It was as a result of simple daily habits that were repeated – for some time. Swapping out a few of these unhealthy habits for healthy ones is the way back to that body you can visualize in your mind…you know the one I’m talking about! If small changes repeated for time got you into the body that you don’t want then why not make small changes to get you back to the body you want?! Seems like a no brainer to me!
