You know this phrase, I’m sure. While the initial power lies in your decision to do something it’s the ACTION of do-ing that gets the job done. You simply can’t decide that you wanna change your body and sit there waiting for the change to miraculously occur. Your simple daily choices add up to creat new habits as a result of consistently repeating them. It’s then, and only then, that you get results! When I say simple changes, I mean just that. Drink more water. Move more (that’s it, not 60min hard-core workout sessions). Eat whole unprocessed foods (more often than not). Ultimately what I’m suggesting here is to stop overthinking and start doing!
