Failure is Part of Success

I realize that these sound like antonyms and as far as their definitions are concerned they are. But here’s why you can’t possibly have success without first facing some failure. Learning what doesn’t work is at least as valuable as recognizing what does. When you’re trying to accomplish something (weight loss for example) you make changes to your lifestyle in an effort to do so. If a given meal plan or diet (habitual nourishment) isn’t getting you some results after a 3 to 4 weeks then it’s likely not the correct approach for you and you should consider a change. Without making this effort in the first place and coming to the realization that it isn’t working then you wouldn’t have had the opportunity to learn from this brief ‘failure.’ True failure only happens when you stop learning and give up trying!!!
