Just because you take the time to recharge doesn’t mean you need to go H.A.M!!! Read that again. Going full tilt, top speed or H.A.M (hard as mom) is something we’re all guilty of sometimes but here’s why it isn’t beneficial to us OR our goals. Think about how you feel when considering this pace – does it bring feelings of peace and calm OR rush and irritation??? Moving at a fast pace consistently is HIGHLY stressful to us and we cannot thrive or succeed in a stressful environment. Stress wrecks havoc on so many of our internal systems, especially when it’s constant or chronic. Take breaks. Find your balance. Go H.A.M! (sometimes) I bet you’ll enjoy success and your journey so much more if you do!
