You cannot compensate for a shitty diet with workouts! It’s really that simple friends. I think the message here is clear right?! Your regular and consistent food choices determine roughly 80% of your success in changing your body. Your ability to recover, deal with stress, gain strength and lose bodyfat are dependent (to a large degree) upon your diet. Pardon the pun but I think I’ve said a mouthful there huh?
