Valuable Actions

I’m sure you know the importance of taking action to achieve your goals but have you considered what kind of value these actions have? When I speak of their value I’m not only referring to their ability to change your body even though that’s a BIG part of it. What is often overlooked is whether the action meshes or aligns with your core values. An example is this; you value family dinner and volleyball but games are scheduled during dinner hour. That’s a conflict and could interfere with your consistency. How do you feel about changing dinnertime? Or finding another league that plays at different times? There are often simple solutions to each conflict and all you need to to is find the one that feels right to you!
