Midnight Mind

Do you have these moments? Sometimes it’s during the day but oftentimes regular distractions well…distract. That midnight mind though, in a quiet bedroom without distractions, can be troublesome. It’s where our worries or fears can get to us…if we let them. My solution is to replace the worry with hope. I say hope over belief because it’s easier and faster to accept hope and that’s what I’m lookin for…a quick fix. Turning the negative into a positive might just do the trick to get you back to sleep. A simple and hopeful thought has a calming effect and perhaps you’ll even wake holding onto that happy feeling. That coupled with the awesome morning burst of adrenaline can carry you through the day to get some good shit done!
