It’s that time of year again where we assess what we’ve accomplished and what we still want to accomplish. Most of us are looking for some kinda change to our body. Some weight loss, strength or mobility gain, increased energy or endurance. Whatever it is you seek it is very easily within your grasp. All that’s required to change your body is a change of mind and the actions that follow. It isn’t necessary to do a HUGE lifestyle overhaul which is a good thing because those NEVER last. Simple choices and actions that are repeatable create the new habits that will change your body, mind and spirit!
