It’s as easy as ABC. Before setting a goal you’ve gotta ASSESS where you’re starting, including your physical state, your thoughts and your feelings. Really think about what you’re willing to do in order to accomplish your goal and be honest because if you’re not then you’re only lying to yourself. With this information you can create a S.M.A.R.T goal and 3 daily action steps to BEGIN immediately! The next part, CONTINUE, is obvious…I hope? Goals take time to achieve and quitting will get you nowhere! You then repeat the process until you reach your goal…assessing, beginning and continue is as easy as ABC!
