Well that’s putting it pretty lightly cause success is actually based upon consistent efforts. Just like the old saying, “Rome wasn’t built in a day,” your body can’t and won’t change overnight. Eating 1 mega burger won’t add 20lbs instantly just like 1 mixed greens salad won’t yield a loss that fast either. Choosing the appropriate guidelines or principles for you and following them most of the time is how you enjoy real and lasting change to your body, mind and spirit 😉.
