What to Eat Besides Meat

We’re all responsible for our own dietary choices and I very rarely eat any meat. Not only do I not feel restricted but I feel like I have endless choices. Consider the food rainbow that is produce. I can’t imagine how many fruits and veggies I haven’t even heard of nevermind tried. Basing my diet on these and grains plus legumes, nuts and seeds offers me copious amounts of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and dietary fiber. The benefits of these are weight management, great energy levels, thought clarity, good sleep, vitality and health – to name a few. All of these foods include protein so I’m not missing out there, as indicated by my healthy muscle tone and bodyfat levels. Aside from personal experience there’s LOADS of data and studies available that back-up my dietary choices. Ultimately what you choose to eat is completely up to you but don’t think, not even for a second, that me or anybody else eating like me is missing out on anything. In contrast, we’re gaining far more!
