Whether you call them problems, obstacles or dilemmas this seems like an appropriate topic for hump day. The first part of getting over the hump is recognizing that it’s there. Think about that little child trying to pick up the ball but always kicking it away first. Once you get it up against a wall then it’s easier to grab. Sometimes we all kick at the proverbial ball and don’t even realize that we’re doin’ it. When you’re following a plan AND tracking important tasks and occurances then it’s easier to identify what the obstacles are, because they’re often written out for you to see. Then it’s a matter of problem solving. Identify the problem, come up with a solution, implement it and see if it works. If not then repeat the process. If the solution is beyond your grasp then outsource or get help. Makes sense right?
