Empower Subscription

Are you self driven but frustrated and unsure of what to do? Do you want direction, motivation, and accountability to support your fitness transformation? Subscription gains you access to the Empower Portal where you’ll find my ABC Process description and Primary Principles to build your own lifestyle plan. You will also find resources, including tracking sheets, workout challenges, recipes, and menu templates, as well as a fillable daily tracking sheet to maintain your accountability. Who is Coach Carrie?

Regaining my strength, confidence and energy after the birth of my second child gave me feelings of pride, energy and joy. Leaving behind the tired and sluggish body enabled me to live more fully, enjoying my family, friends and countless experiences.  Wanting to share these feelings with others is why I became a coach. 

I’ve been a fitness and lifestyle coach for 25 years with certifications in nutrition, personal training, fitness instruction, yoga, mobility, menopause coaching, and solution based therapy. Well-versed in mindset development and action planning, I’m also an entrepreneur, published author, mother of two adult kids, a wife, and a person who juggles an ever changing, busy and fulfilling schedule. 

All this to say – I get it. I know how tough it can be to fit in your “me” time. But I’ve figured it out and this is why I’m here – to help you find your “me” time and achieve your wants and goals!
