We’ve built so much complexity into our lives by continually adding to our schedules and forgetting about our ability to subtract or say no. Allowing responsibilities to pile up and take precedence over healthy lifestyle behaviours that make us feel good will rob us of time. Support your vitality by adding more plant powered whole foods to your diet while subtracting processed and fatty foods. Enjoy the calming and restorative effect of down time whenever you feel the need.

Allow your schedule to add purpose and vitality to your life so that you aren’t losing that which is really important.
