What’s Stopping You?

Sometimes admitting what’s stopping you is hard and it’s just easier to say, “I’m OK with the way I look and feel” or “I can’t lose weight because….” What if you really looked deep and learned that it’s uncertainty, fear or even despair holding you back? Would that upset you or cause shame? I wonder why that is. How can you be certain of something that you haven’t experienced yet or feel dissapointment in yourself for that absence of certainty? In stead of these negative, yet valid, emotions try to muster up some hope and patience because they can ignite a fabulous and friendly feeling in you. These feelings, especially when accompanied by support, help you to make better and healthier choices more often and continually. This is what leads to success that lasts a lifetime!
