Just Decide!

This or that is all you must consider when making a decision. The various options that you face on a daily basis can be boiled down to this or that. What’s more important to you right now?

Do you want this indugent and heavy burger or that shrinking waistline? Be selective but not rigid in your choices. You know very well that daily burgers will not support a shrinking waistline but that doesn’t mean you should never enjoy one. That’s right, I said enjoy. When you have the burger don’t ruin the experience with guilt. Savor it and maybe spruce it up with some colourful garnish like lettuce, pickles, and tomato slices.

When you simplify each decision you free your mind of clutter. One burger will not sabotage your goal of a shrinking waistline but dwelling on this or any decision creates negative thoughts and feelings. These can wreak havoc on your body and your plan. So let that shit go and enjoy the freeing feeling of your greatest power – to just decide!
