Too Late?

I guess that depends on the question. Is 10pm too late to start binge watching your favorite series? Probably. Is it ever too late to make better lifestyle choices that improve your health and vitality? The somewhat harsh yet straightforward answer is, only on your deathbed.

Better lifestyle choices lead to better feelings right away and in the future. Structured exercise delivers cardiovascular health, strength, mobility, stability, and confidence. Balancing that with rest and quality sleep allows your body to recover, supporting tissue repair, mental clarity, improved digestion, and renewed energy. Eating good food, as found in nature, will make you feel good. It’s just common sense.

It’s not too late to feel good, or at least better, so make better choices now and see where that gets ya!
