Don’t Overdo It

Overdoing it is just that. It’s not better. It’s unnecessary and detrimental to your progress or success. In order to make progress you need a well thought out plan, energized feelings and consistent effort. There is a BIG difference between consistent and constant. You simply cannot make constant efforts or you will burn out because every system in you requires rest. Your brain needs sleep to organize thoughts and memories. Your body needs rest so that all systems can be ready to go. Overdoing it creates burnout, fatigue, chronic stress and more. Find your balance and enjoy accomplishments by doing in stead of overdoing. Your body will thank you for it!
