Change Your Life-Style

There is more and more scientifically backed data indicating that healthy lifestyle habits have a signifigant effect on our overall health and fitness. Moreover they can decrease our chances of chronic illnesses like cardiovascular disease, cancer, dementia and chronic respiratory disease by up to 80%! This information both thrills and baffles me!

It is empowering to know that my choices have an immediate effect on how I feel and the ability for me to ward off illness that I’ve seen damage and sometimes end the life of people that I love. Personal responsibility is a priviledge that I hold dearly and speak (or write) about often because it’s the most empowering way for you to change your life!

Make the change that suits you whether it’s finding healthy and delicious recipies or getting your ass off the couch more. Beginning these habits will snowball, if you allow them to, into more choices that make you feel good now and keep you feeling that way for years to come.
