No, I’m not trying to scare you about the readiness of your summer bod because you absolutely have time to change it! Six weeks is plenty of time to see and feel a change in your body and it doesn’t even have to be difficult. Making a few simple changes to your lifestyle will result in a change to your physique BUT the key is making those changes! Wishing for it or saying that you want it “really bad” won’t do anything but frusterate and dissapoint you. There’s absolutely zero logic in expecting a change without actually making a change. Isn’t that the definition of insanity?
By choosing the steps, actions or behaviors that suit your personality best you ensure that you will actually do them! This is how you you’ll successfully change your body for good. You’ve gotta be honest with yourself about what you’re willing to or want to do in order to immplement these behaviors consistently. Don’t sign up for a marathon if you hate running and don’t make drastic changes to your diet because neither are necessary. Going for more walks and eating less junk food is a start and there are lots more simple approaches to finding your fitness!
