To change your body you simply must change how you treat your body! That could mean any number of things or combinations thereof. Maybe you’re experiencing the chronic stress of inadequate quality sleep or not practicing consistency in your exercise efforts? Perhaps you suffer from nutritional confusion like so many people due to the widely varied opinions, gimmicks and flat out marketing scams that we’re inundated with? These are the most common problems that I come across but that’s not what frusterates me the most. While I understand that habits are not always easy to change what I don’t get is expecting a change without any effort beyong ‘wishing’ for it. The fairy godmother in Cinderella was wrong! Your dreams don’t come true simply because you wish upon a star. While wishing is the creative and fun part the real magic happens when you work for it!
