To-do Lists

How big is your to-do list? I bet you have one for work, family and home to say the least. If you have less than three things on each of em I’d honestly be flabbergasted! With this being the case why is it so hard to perform three simple things for yourself every single day? Just three regular decisions or actions can make a HUGE difference in how you feel, think and look! Choose water over wine or pop. Move more than being sedentary. Give yourself permission to prioritize your needs. These aren’t the perfect to-do trifecta for everyone but they indicate the simplicity of the idea. By implementing these or your own choices for three weeks you will create new habits that will either serve you well or help you decide upon your next three to-dos!
