Don’t Justify – Just Decide!

Why justify when you can just decide?!  Justification impedes decision making ability by wasting more time than is necessary coming up with reasons that something might not work.  In stead, consider realistic outcomes based on experience for a simpler and less worrisome approach to decision making.  Justification after the fact is equally wastefull.  The solution either worked or it didn’t.  Assess the pro’s and con’s then try again.  Quite often justification is a wordy explanation, based on feelings over logic, and it all too often omits responsibility.  Consider options, just decide, assess the outcome, and repeat.
