It occures to me that we often get most of the things we really want and the reason is simple. When we truly want something then the efforts are worth it. A wholesome soup and salad over a burger and fries is an easier choice when you really want to shrink your waistline. The dedication to your workout plan delivers the strong and shapely muscles that you really want so you keep prioritizing that choice. The practice of saying, “no thank-you” when you really need to tap out and preserve your peace is easier when you want and value that peace.
If you find yourself caving on the dedication to the things that you think you want ask yourself this – Do you really want them? If, in fact, you do then make better choices and get them!
